We grade and prep the soil first — that's the part that decides whether a lawn thrives or struggles — then lay fresh-cut Colorado-grown sod tight, roll it, and walk you through the first three weeks of watering. Ideal for new builds, full lawn replacements, and repairing the areas construction traffic destroyed.

Measure & Quote
We measure the area and price sod, prep, and haul-off as one number.

Strip & Grade
The old lawn comes out, then we grade and amend the soil underneath.

Lay & Roll
Sod is delivered fresh, laid the same day, cut in around beds, and rolled.

Water Plan
We set your first watering schedule and check the sprinkler coverage.
